- Educational CTF experiences for individuals and institutions

- Digital Products:
- HaxRefs job referral platform subscriptions
- CTF Platform access and subscriptions
- Educational courses and training materials
- Digital certificates and credentials
All digital products are delivered electronically and made accessible immediately or at scheduled times. Professional services are delivered according to agreed timelines and specifications.
2. Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before making a purchase or engaging our services:
2.1 Digital Products and Subscriptions
Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of our products, we do not offer cancellations once a purchase is completed and payment is processed. When you complete a transaction for digital products:
- You immediately receive access to the digital product or service
- The content, information, or access rights are delivered in full
- The transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled
2.2 Professional Services
For professional services (custom CTF development, curriculum design, speaking engagements):
- Cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement or contract
- Cancellations typically require written notice within specified timeframes
- Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and project stage
- Work completed prior to cancellation remains billable
- Deposits and initial payments may be non-refundable as specified in agreements

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Digital Products - General No Refund Policy
All sales of digital products are final. We do not provide refunds for:
- Completed purchases where access has been granted
- Platform subscriptions or memberships after access has been provided

- Any digital product where delivery has been completed
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse

3.2 Professional Services

- Deposits are typically non-refundable once work has commenced

- Work completed to date
- Resources allocated to the project
- Reason for service termination
- Terms specified in the service agreement
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing with justification
- Each case will be reviewed individually based on contractual terms
3.3 Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds for digital products may be considered only in the following limited circumstances, at our sole discretion:
- Technical Failure: If we are unable to deliver the digital product or service due to technical issues on our end, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a processing error
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you can demonstrate that a purchase was made without your authorization (subject to verification and fraud investigation)
- Service Unavailability: If a paid service becomes permanently unavailable before the end of the subscription period due to platform closure (proportional refund may be issued)
For professional services, refunds beyond contractual terms may be considered if:
- Haxnation fails to deliver services as specified in the agreement
- Services are materially deficient and cannot be remedied
- Both parties mutually agree to terminate the engagement
3.4 Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional circumstances listed above:
- Contact us within 7 days of the purchase date (for digital products) or as specified in service agreements (for professional services)
- Provide your transaction details, including order/invoice ID and purchase date
- Clearly explain the issue and provide supporting evidence
- Allow up to 10 business days for investigation and response
Refund requests made after the specified timeframe will not be considered under any circumstances.
4. Subscription Services
4.1 Recurring Billing
If you purchase a subscription service with recurring billing:
- You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Subscriptions continue until you cancel them
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period
4.2 Cancelling Subscriptions
To cancel a recurring subscription:
- Log into your account settings
- Navigate to the subscription management section
- Follow the cancellation process
- Your access will continue until the end of the current paid period
Important: Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Once a new billing cycle has been charged, that payment is non-refundable.
4.3 No Partial Refunds
We do not provide partial or prorated refunds if you cancel your subscription mid-cycle. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
5. Free Trials and Promotional Periods
If you sign up for a free trial or promotional period:
- You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription
- Once charged, the no-refund policy applies
- It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period expires
6. Technical Issues and Access Problems
If you experience technical difficulties accessing our services:

- We will work diligently to resolve any access issues
- Technical issues on your end (browser, device, internet connection) do not qualify for refunds
- Platform-wide outages may result in service credit or time extensions, but not refunds
7. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of both Haxnation and the payment processor being used.
Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable even in cases where a refund is approved for the product cost.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- If the chargeback is found to be invalid or fraudulent, your account may be permanently terminated

9. Pricing and Promotional Errors
In the rare event of a pricing error or technical glitch that results in incorrect pricing:
- We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices
- We will notify you and offer the option to complete the purchase at the correct price
- If you decline, a full refund will be provided
