All B2B services are scoped individually and may require separate agreements, quotations, Statements of Work (SOW), and/or invoices.
Users posting jobs or recruitment opportunities are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and authenticity of their listings.
Haxnation reserves the right to remove, block and/or ban any listing, suspend accounts, and/or reject postings that violate these Terms and conditions.
Pricing for Haxnation Jobs products is publicly displayed on our website. Cybersecurity services, enterprise CTFs, and curriculum engagements are custom-priced based on scope, timelines, complexity, and requirements.
Subscription products may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before such renewal.
Featured listings and promotional upgrades improve visibility within the platform but do not guarantee:
Application cap extensions apply only to the specific job listing purchased for and are non-transferable.
Enterprise cybersecurity services are priced based on project scope, timelines, deployment requirements, revisions, infrastructure, support obligations, and organizational requirements.
Quotes and estimates may change before final execution of contracts or Statements of Work.
Users are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with purchases.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
All Haxnation branding, software, designs, educational materials, platform functionality, and proprietary content are owned by Haxnation unless otherwise stated.
Ownership and licensing terms for custom enterprise work shall be defined within separate contracts or agreements.
Users retain ownership of their submitted resumes, profiles, and uploaded materials, but grant Haxnation a limited license to process and display such content for platform functionality.
Certain Haxnation community projects may be licensed under open-source licenses such as GNU GPL.
Haxnation provides cybersecurity education strictly for ethical, legal, and authorized purposes.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or infrastructure is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
We treat client and organizational information as confidential unless disclosure is legally required or explicitly authorized.
Additional confidentiality obligations may be governed through separate NDAs or enterprise agreements.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the Services, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. In the event the parties are unable to agree upon the appointment of the arbitrator within thirty (30) days of a request for arbitration, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, pending the constitution of the arbitral tribunal or during the arbitration proceedings.
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
